Having held senior management positions for global finance & technology giants and major Government funded Not for Profit agencies, Simon identified the lack of client-centric services that were easily accessible for people with a disability. Having two dependant children, both with complex special needs and both receiving supports via the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Simon established Capacity Building Concierge Services to partner with families, organisations and developers to improve the outcomes for people just like his children.
Having established an enviable reputation for partnering with clients to meet their requirements, Simon has elected to continue his passion to help people and the wider sector via the establishment of Capacity Building Concierge Services.
